Khurja, a small but well known town, is situated in the mid of “Do-aba” the land between the Ganga and Yamuna rivers- at a distance of 85.0 km south east of Delhi on the Delhi-Howarh Grand Trunk Road. Vaidyas of Khurja have always had reputation for treating chronic diseases by Ayurvedic Medicines. Patients from long distances have regularly been visiting Khurja for the treatment.
The College is situated on National Highway No. 91 that is Delhi-Kanpur G.T.Road, 12 Kms from Bulandshahr & 5 Kms. from Khurja opposite Dharpa Power House. The Building is situated in more than 11 Acres of land where extension of the building is going on along with separate hostels for boys and girls, hospital & pharmacy.

Braham Ekta Diwas was celebrated on Parshuram Jayanti at Ayurveda College Conference Hall, 
For the first time in the history of Ayurveda a National Conference on recent trends in ayurveda, education & research was organised 17 Jun 2008 with the presence of H.E Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, 
The college regularly provides the facility of Games and sports to maintain the health of all students & staff members. Cricket team has been awarded winner trophy in C.S.J.M. University
On 16th May 2025, the Foundation Day of the Akhil Bhartiya Ayurveda Sammelan was celebrated at Vaidya Yagya Dutt Sharma Ayurved Mahavidyalaya, Khurja Conference Hall, 
Ministry of Ayush, Govt of India, Selected research project (SPARK-02) of Our four Students and awarded them with certificate and Rs 50,000 to each students. Such a proud moment for VYDS family and kudos to our students.
